COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The german wheat beers are travelling north. This fairly new wheat sets itself apart from the typical bavarian by its unique taste and the typical flensburger bottle.

Pours dark golden with a wispy, mostly mainted tan head. Aroma of creamy yeast, wheat, bready, clove, banana, and light citrus. Taste is sweet yeast, cookie, clove, apples and banana. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with soft and supple carbonation. A pretty enjoyable hefe.

Golden, slightly hazy with a nice head. The aroma is thin with notes of wheat and banana. This rather thin feeling continues in the flavour that has the same notes. I would like some power, body and personality in this otherwise inoffensive wheat.

Swing top -- Poured quite deep golden, almost muddy, with a thick tightly-packed head of small foam. The flavor is richly bready with a thick maltose essence. That aroma sullies the flavor. With a pinched nose, the yeasty fruitiness comes thru. But drinking normally, the musty maltiness overtakes it, and it takes on the character of a well used wet rag. Not my favorite weizen. Bottle. Moderate yeasty, mould. Big foamy white head, mostly diminishing; cloudy dark orange body. Light acidic start, only a short duration. Light to medium body, dry texture, lively carbonation. Light metallic finish.

From 12 oz. flip top bottle- poured cloudy light golden, thin lacing head. Aroma of yeast and a touch of sweetness. Hits the mouth with a bit watery, thin body, a touch of sweetness on the finish. Drinkable on a hot day, not sure on a regular basis though.

Pours a hazy pale bronze with a thin, wispy-lacing white head. Has a semi-sweet wheaty nose with some clove and banana character. Starts with some sugary sweetness and banana esters along with a mild bready yeastiness toward the finish. A little thin and one-dimensional.

UPDATED: DEC 27, 2007 Pours hazy straw yellow with lots of head and a good bit of grass smell. Good traditional German tastes. Good beer.

dark murky gold with a large creamy white head. banana, spice aroma. light bodied. highly carbonated. flavors are of banana, citrus and tonic water. none being very prominent. not bad but, i prefer a creamier palate in hefe’s.

Bottled. Adherent head of good persistence. Dense, fraught and light hazy yellow/orange color. Good fizzy. Fresh and "young" aroma with decided notes of straw, lemon, banana and dampen cereals. Good body, lively and crysp, lighlty sour sight the remarkable lemon’s presence. Fresh and homogenous final. Amazing.

Orange and a bit unclear. Has a big, white head. Mostly lasting. Aroma has notes of fruit and... plastic. Flavor starts sweet and a bit fruity, finish bitter. Texture is watery and dry.
