COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The german wheat beers are travelling north. This fairly new wheat sets itself apart from the typical bavarian by its unique taste and the typical flensburger bottle.

February 16, 2013 - bottle from AV3. Clear golden pour with lots of head that faded quickly. Aroma was wheat, banana and spice/maybe clove. Taste was consistent. Easy to drink, just okay.

33 cl flip-top bottle from Dorrstep Brew. BB 16.04.13, consumed on February 14, 2012.
Hazy golden color, big lasting white head. Sweet, estery banana, a bit spicy phenolic (light) scent. Sweet, malty taste. Light smooth mouthfeel, some banana and malty aftertaste. Low to very low bitterness.

Unusually dry and crispy weissbier. In the aftertaste comes the familiar yeast tones up, but it does not quite meet the Bavarian classics.

Bottle at St Gertrud, Malmö. Nice bottle, pours hazy and golden. Typical hefe character with cloves, foam bananas and citrus. Sweet and sour, spicy and full of character which makes it one of the better ones I’ve tried.

Light amber and slightly cloudy. Tastes wheaty and yeasty with a hint of fruitiness...citrusy pineapple. Reminded me a bit of Kolsch more than Heife, but enjoyed it as a fizzy refresher.

Golden amber pour. Medium sized white frothy head. Little bit of lacing. Nice aroma of bananas, yeast and lemons. Taste of smashed bananas, some yeast. A sweet mouthfeel with just a hint if bitterness. Not bad at all. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Some pretty strong seasonings in this one. Typical pale and slightly oily body and mouthfeel. Wheat presence with some banana, some dirt and grass, and some citrus.

Bottle. Pours cloudy with a thick white head. Light amber colour. Clear aroma of wheat, hop and fruit. Hoppy, a little sourish and creamy taste. A little bitter aftertaste. Slightly watery palate. OK on its own as evening enjoyment.
