Commercial Description:
The german wheat beers are travelling north. This fairly new wheat sets itself apart from the typical bavarian by its unique taste and the typical flensburger bottle.

A very dark yellow beer, slightly cloudy with a fantastic head. The aroma is very nice dominated by yeast and wheat. The flavor is very light and soft in the beginning, then the yeast and wheat hits you and it ends on a light aftertaste. A nice beer that I'll have again if it crosses my path.

(Bottle 33 cl) Deep orange - almost coppery - with a surprisingly almost absent head. Extremely full-bodied almost oily character with huge fruity notes and an almost toffeeish flavour. A very different Hefe but a pleasant surprise. 080402

Bottled. Cloudy yellow. Lightly estery banana aroma. Medium sweet and lightly papery. Indistinct flavour profile.

33 cL bottle. Pours orange with a crispy white head. Stron banana aroma with a whiff of smoke. Flavour is sweet bubblegum with a soft sweet bananaflavour in the finish together with nice bitterness, but it doesn’t go well together. Not good :(
