UPDATED: NOV 24, 2005 330ml flip top bottle: poured cloudy butterscotch yellow with a medium white head. Light malt/grain aroma. Flavor is slight diacetyl, very slight yeast. Not a very good hefeweizen in my opinion.

Aroma is lemons, spices and wheat grain. The flavor is wheat grain, mild bananas and a mild tartness in the finish. Not as much flavor as the best weizens have but decent enough.

Flaske: Lysegul let diset øl med et fint skumhoved. Duften er bananpræget men faktisk med en lille smule humle. Smagen er klassisk weizen men med et overraskende bid fra bitterhumle. God øl.

I definitely agree with the commercial description that this "sets itself apart" from the typical Bavarian hefeweizen, and that is both good and bad. Lemony colour with billowing white head. Sour and yeasty aroma. Taste is sweet wheat, touch of sour, bubblegum. It’s not bad.

Bottle from choice beverages McKinney. Pours a dull yellow with a medium white head that dissipates quickly. The aromas are bananas, clove. The mouthfeel is watery and slightly sweet with a light body and good carbonation. Cheers!

Bottle, Nice golden color and sweet taste, with lots of fruit taste, one of the better wheat beers i have had

Refrigerated bottle poured into a weizen glass. Pours hazy golden with small white head. Good lacing, medium/light body, smooth texture, and light banana aroma. Taste is banana, some clove, and some wheat. Average average, but who can compete with weihenstephaner hefe weiss.

(Bottle) Pours cloudy orange with a big foamy head. The aroma holds banana esters, vanilla ice cream, some clove, light band aid and wheat. The flavour is light sweet, light bitter and light acidic. Spicy, fruity and light salty. Banana fruity and spicy finish. The mouthfeel is round and light watery. Near medium bodied.

Hazy yellow with a white head. Taste of bananas and citrus. Slightly more carbonated than a Hefewiezen but very refreshing. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle - 11.2 ounce swing-top. Muddy gold with a tall fading white head. Strong malt and banana in the aroma with toasted wheat notes and soft spice. Taste is big wheat, cereal grains, toasted malt, banana, soft spice, candied fruit and bubblegum. Body is light-medium with a soft, bubbly carbonation. Ends with more toasted malt, wheat notes, candied banana, sweet malt, and soft spice.

Bottle at doner bistro. Pours slightly cloudy with a thin white head that leaves a touch of lacing. Slight hint of banana on the nose. Slight clove taste on the tongue. Finish lingers a little. You wouldn’t want to session this but one’s not bad.
