3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Dark golden color, small white head. Malty, a bit honeyish aroma. The taste is pretty alcoholic, with a sweetish, slightly spicy taste. Pleasent dryness in the finish.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Orange colour with a large white head. Sweet and malty aroma, with some caramel. Flavours are sweet malts, caramel and some late hops. I don’t get the over powering alcohol others refer to. Medium to full bodied. Pretty good.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Tiny swing-top. Clear orange with a short beige head. Smells of grape and spice, and mildly of alcohol. Nice and malty. Smooth, full body, very mild. Alcohol’s actually well-hidden, save for the slight kick at the end. A very pleasant bock, wonderfully smooth mouthfeel, but lacking strong flavor.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Darker amber with a medium off-white head that dissipates quite fast and leaves no foam at all behind. Aroma of malt, candy and toffee with a touch of alcohol. The flavor offers basically the same as the aroma, yet with a stress on a sweet, slightly roasted malt. Hints of fruity flavors. The alcohol is quite well hidden. A bit watery though and could well have some more CO2. All in all a good Bock.
