Fleur de Houblon is pretty much a suburbal shopping centre American style brewpub, located just outside Bordeaux. This beer is pale yellow and cloudy. Grassy nose. Dryish with clean maltiness. Quite bitter. A bit thin, otherwise decent.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy yellow with a fully gone head. Aroma is fresh grassy and citrusy hoppy. Bitter and dry flavoured into a light malty and grassy finish. Simple yet thirstquencing and nice crisp fruity hoppy. A bit too carbonated.
