certainly hazy, it seems the brewer like that kind of "raw beers", and indeed, it’s pretty interesting. A nice white head and a great malt aroma, pepper and corriander are well balanced with hops. It’s a good beer...

Muddy yellow body and a decent large head. Aroma is all hops, very strong and pentrating on the nose. Strong taste of pine, juniper, and hops. all floral plants, very aromatic, like sucking on a mistletoe. Not that that’s a bad thing - it’s unique, and probably would go well with a Christmas cake or at a holiday turkey dinner.

Hazy amber colooured beer with almost no carbonation and a small white head. Fruity yeasty and malty aroma, with some light dough and herby hints. Full palate. Finish is bitter, yeasty touched with a small bitter and light fruity hint. Nice balanced.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours amber golden with a slight haze and an off-white head. Gingery nose. Medium body, sweet and fruity with perfumy notes - again the ginger shines through. Strangely astringent finish. 110110

Bottle 33cl. An amber beer with good head. Smell is on bitter lemon. Aroma is mostly on lemon and orange notes, some spices, the malty side is low, a huge hopy presence mostly a US one. This beer has nothing to do with Christmas beer (as noticed on the bottle) a bit boring.
