great belgian style pale-ale, a real perl for a thirsty belgian folk. IT’s made in France, but by a belgian brewer that move into Occitania. It look great, it smell good fruity esters, the barley malt and wheat make a great taste, sweet hops are presents on the mouth, and a long rememberance is present when the beer is drunk. The mouthfeel is amazing for a 5%abv beer, and the drinkability seemms to be great as you automatically ask for another one when the previous if just finished.

Hazy blond, lightly yellow, highly carbonated flavour. Small, fastly diminishing head. Aroma of spices, flowers, hops, thyme: very interesting and complex. Citric hoppy flavour: bit caramel and flavour. Very nice, maybe a bit watery, but for a 5% beer: what a great flavour!

Bottle. Soft fruit, flowers, a little yeast. Easy drinking, a little citrus in the finish. Unremarkable.

Bottled 75cl. Courtesy of Laurent Mousson. Coriander, sage, strawberry and faint sulphur showing up in the nose. Slightly sour. Strawberry appearing again in the taste which offers hints of alpine herbs. Paté in the finish which is dissapointing.
