Bu en échantillon, à la cidrerie. Couleur vin blanc typique. Arome très légé de pomme fleurie. Goût extrèmement doux, pomme trop athénuer et ennuyent. C’est comme ces vins d’épicerie aux fruits!

Very thin offering with a rather linear flavor profile. While being rather sugary in the nose, unveiling almost honeyed hints, it is more timid in mouth, finishing rather quickly in a woody, slightly astringent portrait that serves more as a meal accompanying cheap dry white wine than anything.

(Bottle) Sampled at the Metiers des arts at Place Bonaventure on December 13, 2005 in Montreal. Somewhat more like a dry white wine - very little sweetness. Not as acidic as Le Reserve but has more of a muted flavour and a watery finish.
