Rastacouere (5409), Montréal, Quebec, Canada Dec 11, 2006 Very thin offering with a rather linear flavor profile. While being rather sugary in the nose, unveiling almost honeyed hints, it is more timid in mouth, finishing rather quickly in a woody, slightly astringent portrait that serves more as a meal accompanying cheap dry white wine than anything. CapFlu (3340), Victoria, British Columbia, Canada Dec 13, 2005 (Bottle) Sampled at the Metiers des arts at Place Bonaventure on December 13, 2005 in Montreal. Somewhat more like a dry white wine - very little sweetness. Not as acidic as Le Reserve but has more of a muted flavour and a watery finish.
