Another culprit in Québec’s long tradition of failing to emulate Northern France’s sparklers. An initially juicy cider with woodsy, almost floral apple flavours which is quickly driven toward a short and dry finish which leaves no marks. Not very aromatic at all, does not feel very natural or spontaneous despite the Traditional Method insistence.
