Rastacouere (5258), Montréal, Quebec, Canada Dec 11, 2006 A rather dry cider which did manage to catch some of the whisky notes of the barrel it spent time in, but its character remains very limited to eating apples juiciness and out of nowhere acidity that does not neccesarrily catch on with the wood in the best terms. CapFlu (3254), Victoria, British Columbia, Canada Dec 13, 2005 (Bottle) Sampled at the Metiers des arts at Place Bonaventure on December 13, 2005 in Montreal. Pours a thin, straw coloured body with a very tart and acidic flavour. Loads of sour apples and finishes with a bitter end. Not my favourite of the ciderhouse.
