COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We have taken the strong, hoppy Dupulus and sent it to a wine barrel for secondary fermentation. The result is the greatness of Dupulus with complex earthy flavors imparted from the oak barrel it spent five months in. Dry hopped again with Citra hops after its’ fermentation, this dupulus will leave you wanting more.

(Draught) Pours a cloudy golden body with a spare white head. Aroma of florals, grass, earth, citrus peel, and mustiness. Flavor of grass, florals, brett, pineapple, herbs, pine, and citrus with a dry, bitter finish. Excellent.

Tap at the source. Poured a muddy orange/amber color with a white head. Aroma was fruity, citrus, spice, cinnamon, orange, and a wine like characteristic. Flavor was oak, wine, herbal, spicy, and orange peel. Body was light and dry.

(Growler) clear hazy medium yellow, creamy offwhite head. Nose of Brett, funky citrus fruit, sweaty socks, light white wine and oak. Taste of oak, white wine, floral, pineapple, hop oils. Light carbonation, earthy.
