COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This Belgian Pale Ale combines premium Belgian pale malt, Pacific Northwest Hops and fresh Texas honeydew melons. It is fermented with a Belgian yeast strain that adds a light, spicy fruitiness that combines nicely with the subtle fresh melon character. Dew Drop is a unique and refreshing brew perfect for the Texas summer.

Dark caramel color. Small head goes completely clean quickly. A little bit or spice in the aroma. Very mellow malty flavor with some light juice and spice notes. Cheers 2000 beers!

Thanks Walt. Golden pour with a smaller sized head. Melons, yeast, some caramel, and some earth.

Dark golden color with a small, white head that left nice lacing on the glass. Aroma of honeydew, earthy yeast, toast, a bit of toffee. Taste of the same, sweeter finish.

On tap at the brewpub. The beer pours an amber color with a white head. The aroma is full of caramel and toffee malt, with not too much else coming through. The flavor is slightly different. I get a lot of toffee and caramel notes, as well as quite a bit of sugary sweetness. I also get some fruity, melon notes as well as some Belgian yeast. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

A medium brown with no head, but a really interesting nose that is fun to smell. Very little of the honeydew is faint in the beer itself.

(Draught) Pours a lightly hazy golden orange body with a small white head. Aroma of yeast, nuts, and melon rind. Flavor of nuts, caramel, yeast, grass, cereal, and cantaloupe.

Tulip glass at the joint- served a 25% transparent light orange color with a fair amount of copper shading. Aroma of yeast, sucrose, and light early summer fruit. Hits the mouth with a light body, although the body is light overall the malt is still fair and enjoyable, melon feel comes in the middle and lasts towards the backend, finish is slightly sweet yet refreshing. Big mistake to let the old lady try it- I didn’t get this one back.
