Bright gold, film head. Bright hops aroma. Generic hops taste, tastes like artificial hops flavoring - a little odd. Leaves a sticky mouthfeel.

Tap at the Des Moines location. A gold copper colored body with an off white head. A dank orange scented nose with bready notes. The flavor was restrained with some almonds and a low citrus bite. Plenty of malt goodness to hold this one together. A little bit sweet. Nice.

Tap at Flix Des Moines. Orange clear pour with minimal head. Citrus, a little malty for my taste, and a little flat on the tongue.

Tap at brewpub may 2014 Pours bright orange hue with a small sudsy white head. nose is pretty much straight ahead citrus lots of C hops here. flavors are akin to a pretty standard ipa yet its clean and very easy to consume. bitterness is very lite here, maybe from the malt profile? i dunno. nonetheless a solid brewpub ipa here!

On tap at Flix Brewhouse. Very clear golden color with this white head. Smells of heavy earthy and citrus hops. Floral and citrus hops in the flavor. Doesn't finish as dry as I would like.

Tap at the pub. Pours a clear orange copper color. White bubbly head. Aroma is very floral, sweet hops, decorative soap. Flavor is floral hops, lightly sweet, quite bitter, leafy. Finishes floral. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle courtesy of the brewer, shared with friends/coworkers at El Bait Shop.

Pours a hazy golden with a small head and some lacing on the glass.

The aroma has a lot of nice pungent hoppiness with plenty of bright fruity hop character... particularly peach and orange... Itís got a mild booziness but smells very fresh and very inviting.

The flavor is lots of bright fruity hops, again with the peachiness, citrus, and melon... itís lightly boozy and lightly piney. Itís got a nice spicy bite, not a ton of malt character and a nice dry finish.

Pretty chill beer this one.

Rich, golden copper color with a little white head. Cool, floral, resinous hop aroma. Flavor is lemon peel, pine, and credibly bitter... credibly, not incredibly. The palate is a little rough. The middle makings of a decent IPA which could benefit greatly from a bigger ale yeast and no filtering.
