Aroma is somewhat tart with citron, some hay and hints or apricot. Flavour is rather tart and somewhat sour with lots of citron, some orange, banana and nettles. Foamy palate. Refreshing and nice.

Clear golden colour, diminishing white head. Aroma of yeast, candy sugar and malts. Light soap. Quite sweet malty flavour, light bitter, light soap. Quite hefty carbonation, Malty finish, candy sugar, light yeast.
A bit disappointing.

22/VII/2012 - 33cl bottle from Willems (Grobbendonk) @ Erwin’s place - BB: 24/IV/15 - (2012-745)

Clear blond beer, lots of sediment floating around under a big irregular white head, unstable, little adhesive. Aroma: sugary, yeast, soapy, almost floral. MF: quite some carbon, medium body. Taste: very sugary start, yeast, bit of dairy, spices, some liquorish, little bitter. Aftertaste: pretty bitter, bit chemical, liquorish again, sugary, yeast, alcohol is noticeable.

(Bottled) Murky golden with a small, lasting head. Pale-malty, slightly alcoholic and acidic nose with green apple. Flavor is much better, with peachy fruitiness covering some of the alcohol. Medium to full body, soft CO2. Too acidic at first, but gets better and more balanced towards the end. Quite balanced one.

Hazy yellow colour. Smells a bit like coriander. Tastes accordingly but okay. Mouthfeel is decent.

Hazy yellow color, white head. Don’t smell much, light malts, light spicy or herbs, maybe coriander. Taste pretty average. Carbo good, body medium.

Bottle@Home. Malty, citrus and coriander aroma. Blond, off-white head, fair lace. Sweet, bitter, coriander. Sticky mouth feel. Not bad, pretty standard.

Bottle 33 cl from Willems - Grobbendonk (B). Blonde with golden highlights, fine white foam, persistent and forming laces, very living crackling. Aromas fruity, malted, caramel, yeast, floral. The taste is like, soft, low acidity, veil of yeast, toffy, peach. Low explosive flavors but spiced, yeast. Pleasant without more.

Hazy, light orange-peach colour. Aroma has a hint of orange at first but as the beer warms this becomes more dominated by bready yeast. Carbonation is medium to high. Flavour has a nice fruity sweetness tainted somewhat by a musty yeasty finish.
