Cask conditioned at Banbury Beer Fest ’12. Brown with slight head. Thin with a slightly harsh dry caramel note to it, also hints of boiled veg, almost over boiled in character. Disappointing really.

A Sim rate (cask at the Florence): Malty, rather unadventurous aroma. Flavour is serious crystal malt with a bitter finish that lingers. Biscuity, mutex fruit & floral notes. Quite uneventful really.
2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 BeerViking (1055) - Brentford, Greater London, ENGLAND - SEP 25, 2010
Cask at the Florence, rated 18 June ’10. Malty and smooth, with little bitterness. This would be a good homebrew, and at least it wouldn’t frighten a smoothflow drinker, I guess.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 KnutAlbert (4613) - Oslo, NORWAY - DEC 10, 2007
Cask at the Cock and Hen, Dec 07.
Fruity, rather sweet and malty, a fuller beer than the Weasel. I prefer the other one, this was a bit too sweet and unbalanced, without being offensive in any way. I hope they expand their range!
