chinchill (1724) - South Carolina, USA - MAR 18, 2014
12 oz bottle poured near black with a towering, creamy light brown head. Feel: creamy and full bodied feel. Soft, medium carbonation. Rich and relatively complex, with a good suggestion of chocolate and a hint of coffee with the dark roasted malt character. Subtle hints of smoke and black licorice. O: a robust porter in style, this is also on the new label.

Bierkrug (2133) - Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Bavaria, GERMANY - MAR 13, 2014
330 ml bottle fro the beer stroe in Pompano Beach FL. Pours a dark black with a dark tan head. Aroma is complex malt, coco, nuts and hops. Taste is a bit hoppy for style but good. The palate leaves a burnt metal effect but then mellows out to a stale cigar. Overall not bad but not great either in over all or by the style.

Cola black with a nice beige head. The two bottles I had were kinda flat. Muted roasted malts with just a hint of raisin on the finish. Pretty good.
