Bottle. Pours a pale gold with a still head. Skunky, urine and honey odd aroma. A mild citrus hint and a weak overtly sweet finish. Pretty bad.

(750ml bottle) Pours a transparent pale yellow body. Aroma of honey, florals, citrus, white wine. Flavor of florals and honey with a thin mouthfeel.

Light yellow. Honey and orange flowers. Not much else going on. Sweet. Easy to drink but not very special.

bottle, shared at the Panama City Beach Winery, pours still light yellow. Strong honey and flowers in the aroma, a touch of citrus. Extremely sweet honey flavor, a little bit of orange peel with lots of honey sickle in the finish.

Bottle. No head (still). Body is clear and colorless. Aroma is notes of fusel alcohol (paint thinner, etc.), honey, orange peel. Flavor is moderately to heavily sweet, lightly acidic. Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly acidic. Medium body, syrupy/watery texture, flat carbonation. Straightforward and tainted with higher alcohol stink. I fear to drink more than a few sips of this...a painful hangover is assured. Appearance is horrible...no color at all, looks just like water in the glass.

Thanx degarth for the urinal cakes.this must be what the urinals smell like in heaven, urinal cakes and honey.Flavor was sweet with a hint of oranges.The body was too thin to consider to be a mead.Finished off sweet.Really couldn’t sample much more, next!

Courtesy Degarth at O-Town Throwdown 3. Clear, still body showing just the slightest yellow tint. Looks thin for a mead. The aroma was downright offensive. The term "urinal cake" was thrown around quite a bit. Smells strange, like dirty water or something. The flavor wasn’t too much better. Sugary corn syrup-esque base with honey and orange flavors. Tainted sugar water finish. The body is lacking in structure. This is a poor example of a mead. Can’t get past the horrible scent.

Courtesy Degarth. Pours just the lightest yellow, almost clear. The smell I thought was a little offensive. Somebody said urinal, and I couldnt really disagree. It really wasnt that horrible, just had a big rotting apple aroma to it. The taste was definitely better than the smell. Very sugary sweet, some honey, some citrus. Not balanced really all that well. Just not well done. Damn you Florida!!

Still, nearly clear. Big nose of candyish orange and a delicate honey aroma. Smooth and viscous palate. Subtle notes of orange mix with a crisp honey note. Nice flavor, but maybe a bit too heavy to enjoy too much of.
