2.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20

eugene becaùme a little panic-ish and sick by seeing this bottle ..
pours clear , light brown. overpowering chocolate VS white-spices..
taste is chocolate that has been aging for years . with spices. very very weird, and bad .
aftertaste is just freaking bad . rotten chocolate ( if that even exists) with a touch of dust .
i dont know how they are able to rape chocolate this painfully . maybe they take all leftover of all chocolate available in belgium , including the old ones, the failed ones, ...
i’d drainpour it if it were’nt for the fact i like the rotten-drain-smell more than this, so i wouldnt wanna loose that and make my drains stink like this ...

Brun bizarre, effervescence moyenne, quasi pas de col. Assez aqueuse, ressemble plus à du jus de cerise légèrement chocolaté qu’à une blanche parfumée au chocolat!

Bottle at home. Someone gave this to me as a birthday present, since my name is Floris. Well thanks a lot. Have been afraid to open this ever since but here we go. Pours murky brown with not much head. Looks like the melt water of the Chernobyl reactor. Smell is weird artificial chocolate fudge-ish. Pretty rancid. Taste is in one word: disgusting. Yikes. I am glad someone named their beer after my name, but why did it have to be this one.

Small, with a quite nice hazy orange colour. That’s the only nice thing.
Smell is cheap chocolate, sugar, a lot, and some fruity note...
Taste is the same cheap chocolate, sweet, and now I recognize also a strange artificial cherry syrup taste too, strange!
I don’t know, I cannot call this beer, for me it’s not, I will never buy no more, even if I there are worse beers.

Pours a cloudy brown color. Smells like sweet, plastic gummi chocolate from 20 inches away. Smells like fake chocolate candi close up. Tastes like tootsie rolls that have been sitting next to hard candy cherry candy for 18 months absorbing their smell. What else??? Save yourself from this horrifific excuse for a beverage.

2.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
330ml bottle bought at CitySuper in New Town Plaza, Shatin.
Clear amber brown colour with residual yeast sediments; Very thin head and residual white foam which fades in 20 seconds. Minimal lacing with some notable carbonation; Fragrant and sweet aroma of milk chocolate, cherry, cream soda, waffles and bubblegum; Pretty nice sweet taste of cherry juice, cream soda, honey, sparkling wine, bubblegum, light milk chocolate, very light liquorices and citrus; Light body, thin but quite slick palate; Taste profile is pretty much a cherry-flavoured cream soda with bubblegums and light milk chocolate. Its taste is pretty much in line with Floris’ heavily carbonated fruit beers. Slightly artificial but the winey taste is a nice touch. Not as bad as I feared; Hop bitterness is hint of citrus nose, light citrus and bitter taste. Finishing is moderate milk chocolate sweetness with thin bitterness. Okay really; Wet after taste, very easy to mouth.
Comments: It tastes more like a cherry chocolaty cream soda, yet somehow its aroma and poppy taste is quite arousing. I treat this one as a light-hearted dessert than a serious mocha beer, and in this role, it suits quite well. A neat Christmas gifts for my friends this year!
