Draft at Euston Tap. Pours a dark, opaque purple-red with a strong, red head. Potent strawberry nose. Medium to high sweetness but not overdone, with some nice tart and sour notes and light bitterness towards the end. Light to medium in body with fine, massaging carbonation. Finishes sweet, with more strawberry and light tartness. Very, very good.

2.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottle 33 cl from Le Grain d’Orge in Crissier (CH). Hazy old-pink orangy color, white foam fleeting. Sweet scent of strawberries, jam. Mouth of strawberries in syrup, soft to very sweet, the acidulity of wheat is too absent. If it’s still a beer, it’s with badly measured syrup.

Aroma : Lots of strawberries, some malt. Feels artificial.
