4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a small sized head of foamy fine to large sized purple hued bubbles that were and left behind a hazy typically carbonated red brown with a purple hue colored body and a fair lacing. The strong aroma was raspberry. The crisp mouth feel was tingly at the start and strongly tingly at the finish with a mellow fruity aftertaste that soon fades. The nice flavor contained notes of raspberry. A decent one that I would consider buying again.

2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Pours reddish pinkish, hazy, with a nice pink head. Aroma of raspberry syrup. Flavor is sweet, raspberry syrup, with a touch of woodsiness and faint beer floating in the finish. Not awful, just not serious. Thanks, maniac.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a murky red juice blend colour with no head. Nose of vibrant raspberry juice that dominates the nose. Initial taste of rich raspberries, more like a juice comparing syrupy texture. Moving into a tangy sour berry finish. Softly carbonated. Light to medium body. Very simple. but tasty!

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
(330 ml bottle from <A HREF=http://www.ratebeer.com/Place/maine/wiscasset target=blank>Treats) Not the most complex beer I’ve ever had but it’s tasty!...Pours cloudy pinkish amber with a tall fluffy pinkish-white head. Aroma of pure raspberry juice. Mouthfeel light, fairly soft. Soft, medium-level carbonation. A few patches of lacing here and there. Flavor is pure, sweet strong raspberry - yum!, one of my favorite fruits. Very slight hint of sour as it warms. That’s about it, not even sure this is really a beer but I enjoyed it!

2.8 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle from Peterborough BF ’07. Hazy dark red with some sediment. Faint pink head. Aroma of supermarket ’value’ jam. The taste is rather more authentic, with a little sourness and a little bitterness, but not enough of either.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
strong berry flavour from this fruit bier. can be pleasant with a desert or as an aperitif. Just a bit too similar to carbonated cordial but a pleasant bier.

2.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 9/20
Dark ruby red with a decent head leaving some scattered lacing. Raspberry jelly lolly aroma - the cheap generic brand not the good stuff either. Flavour’s not too bad, with a little tartness although it is rather sweet. Like you’re imbibing a handfull of those cheap brand raspberry lollies at once (when they seems like a good idea before you put them in your mouth, but you immediately regret it after). Reasonably full bodied for 3.6% abv, with a lasting aftertaste. Fairly typical of the Floris range - sub-par but drinkable.
