Bottle. Dark pink/red. Raspberry syrup and candy aroma, raspberry syrup taste. Light body, sweet finish. Like a very peaty single malt, this beer too opens up and tastes better with the addition of water.

Labeled Beau Jardin Framboise. +++ Sampled from a 750 ml corked brown bottle this beer poured a rd-brown color with a medium sized fluffy pink head that lingered and left good lacing. The aroma was sweet strawberry and raspberry jam. The flavor was very sweet strawberry and raspberry jam with a bit of bread underneath. Long sweet berry jam finish. Moderately full bodied. Pretty tasty.

Maybe a bit overly sweet actually. The fruit part tastes too mush fake and overall this doesnít turn out as my favourite lambic. Would not recommend it.

Bottle @ home. As soon as I open it I can smell the stuff is smelled almost every week when I was sixteen. Thatís right: I was a regular drinker of this stuff. Letís see how it held up.
Deep red to purple colour with a big, fizzy, not lasting head. Smells sweet, fruity, syruppy, cranberry, strawberry, other red fruits, cassis. Itís a fake, fruity smell, but I like it. Maybe itís the melancholy. Tastes a bit sour, red fruits, cassis, gazeuze, yoghurt. One of my favorite beers in the cheap and commercial fruit beers. I used to prefer the Floris Fraise, but I think I like this one better now. Is it an amazing craft beer? No. Will I finish the glass? Yes.
Medium body, fizzy carbo. It actually feels kinda thick. Must be the syrup.

Bottle @ Sergiosís. Clear red amber with a delicate, but long, 1/2" head, wide swaths of lace. Aroma is sweet raspberry, very appealing. Taste is solid sour raspberry that blows into the palate with raspberry nectar everywhere before dropping off to a long lingering finish. I realize that this isnít "beer" in the traditional sense, but as a fruit beer it is excellent. My wife is a fan of kriek, framboise, pomme, etc., and she absolutely loves this. Recommended.

2.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
In glass itís seen like a red cloudy beer with a low carbonic gas content and without any foam head. The aroma is quite intense revealing floral and citric notes, being evident the strawberry. The flavor is interesting but the malt isnít fell at all, increasing the sourness of the strawberry. In my view is the most sour beer that I have ever tried until now.
