3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 77ships (2162) - Antwerpen, BELGIUM - SEP 16, 2011
draft@Delirium: bright, softdrink or alcopop red with a pink head, smell & taste is pure cherry lollipops, taste also cherry grenadine & cherry syrup, candy sweet, luckily no taste of artificial sweetener here, according to the bartender this is Floris White mixed with grenadine, which is certainly believable & pretty much what it tastes like, very popular which is either very surprising or unsurprising, still can’t make up my mind which one it is

Bottle @ Cafe Buitenlust, Oirschot. Nice red color, small pinkish head. Smell only cherries. Taste sweet and cherries. Nice carbo for only 3,6%ABV. Low body, but decent fruit beer, even though it’s not really beer imo.

Hazy ruby pour with a creamy pale pink head, which laces.
Sweet-tart, fruity smell.
Mainly sweet, light tart, fruity aroma escorted by grain, flavour’s of candy and cherry.
It finishes short and light dry followed by a sweet-grainy aftertaste.

29th June 2009 Cloudy dark magenta beer with a frothy pink head! Colourful! Nose of maraschino cherries. Sweet but also tart cherry but a fair bit of almond as well. Semi dry and crisp palate. Dry tart finish. Not bad at all - better when cold.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20 Leighton (6973) - London, ENGLAND - NOV 22, 2010
Draft at the Euston Tap. Pours a rich maroon-red with a light, pink head. Sweet, cherry Jolly Rancher aroma. Flavor too is very sweet, plenty of cherries (perhaps artificial) and sugar. Light bodied with effervescent carbonation. Finishes sweet, semi-tart and cherry-rific with some very light, earthy bitterness. I can understand why lots of people don’t like this stuff, but I enjoy it for what it is.
