Murky red colour, pink head. Aroma of cherry, syrup, very sweet. Sweet flavour, quite fruity. Sweet cherry syrup finish.

On tap at Belgian Brasserie Henri in Budapest. Pours a deep red-brown colored body with an inch thick, dense and frothy, pinkish purple head that dissipates slowly and leaves a nice lacing. Aroma is sweet cherries with a touch of tartness and a slight grainy note. Flavor is similar. Sweet cherries, hints of tartness, and a slight grainy note. Finishes clean, a touch bitter, and faintly tart with a nice cherry sweetness. Lengthy aftertaste following a smooth, light body and a soft, moderately active carbonation. Overall, a solid, straightforward Kriek. Sweet cherries, but balanced and easy drinking. Not bad.

Floris Kriek.
Dark red beer with a small pink disappearing head. The aroma is very sweet cherry, maybe a bit chemical. The flavor is also sweet from cherries.

Bottle (Floris Kriek). Pours hazy dark ruby with airy pink head. Sweet aroma of cherry juice. A nice refresher with a taint of booze but not really a beer, is it :-) ? But who cares as long as it is good?

Bottle 0,33l. Bottle had the name: "Floris Kriek" which is an alias for this beer. Pours a hazy ruby with a creamy pale pink head, which laces. Sweet-tart, cherry and candy smell. The taste is very sweet. flavour’s of candy and cherry. It finishes short and light dry followed by a sweet grainy aftertaste.
