2.2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle. Light hazy pastel yellow body with a respectable size head that fades. Yeasty "Floris" aroma with some funky honey undercurrent. Musty aroma like a recently vacuumed room. Sickly sweet with a somewhat odd aftertaste. Thick syrupy palate. Sampled @ Smokeless Joes with DougShoemaker.

1.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
Bottled. Insipid pale yellow colour, slightly foggy, with a fine white head. Organic, waxy, honey aroma. Sweet-bitter-sweet flavour that lingers on the gums for a while. Doesn’t taste like beer to me.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle from The Offie, Leicester. Delicious aroma of genuine honey. Hazy appearance, a yellow like a hefe-hell. Small, tight, white head. A strange medicinal taste to this beer like cough syrup: floral, banana, honey (obviously) and some lemon and ginger. Very sweet. Smooth mouthfeel, with a full finish. Light, easy to drink and pleasant, but not very beery...

1.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 5/20
Pretty screwed up. Definitley not as bad as the chocolate. Tastes like a soft drink, rather than anything beery or complex. Honeyed sweetness, and lightly sticky, interesting, though, even though it really did suck in the end. Main flavours were honey, coriander and some ginger. Thin palate.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle. Aroma of soft honey and freshly laundered woolen socks. Nettles and rhubarb initially in flavour, then the warm honey comes through. This is a witbier in the gaardenbeer series, as such it's actually quite boring, lacking the sweet and sour rush of the others.

2.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Honey and lemon aroma. Hazy, yellow, white head, few lace. Very sweet start, honey, thick but soon thinner and less sweet but still honey. Sparkling and honey finish. Long lasting with honey on your lips.

1.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
Strong honey aroma. Really sweet. The colour of honey disolved in hot water. As for flavour - far too sweet for me, too medicinal and sickly. Actually, its nasty.

1.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 4/20
Strong honeyaroma. Very, very sweet, honey and sugary, but I doubt if any bee has been used. Very artificial. Rather sharp in its sourness and nothing to compensate. Slightly nutty, like cheap Turkish baklava.
