Bottle: Poured a very pale yellow color ale with a tiny head with almost no retention. Aroma of sweet honey is overpowering and covers up any m alt or yeast that this beer may contain. Taste is sweet, in fact probably one of the sweetness beer I have ever taste. The fact that this beer contains honey is not disputable but the fact that it contains too much honey might be. Body is real thin and yeast or hops are not distinguishable through all the honey. I had worst Floris beer but I‘m not ready to say that this is great.

Bottle. Color unclear orange with small white head. Aroma honey, sweet. Taste honey, too sweet even for me that i like sweet beers, honey so dominated that you can’t taste anything else.

Originally rated July 2005. Wow ! This fruity brew based on wheatbeer is definitely what the title says about it. It pours a cloudy very pale beige-yellow with a great white head and heavy lacing. The nose is full of honey with notes of tangerine and spices. The taste starts off with the orange-family citrus punch, then finishes on the rich honey gustation. Very, very sweet, but does not make me sick. Slight wheat in the aftertaste. Never tasted something quite like this one, and I love different feel of beer. Strongly recommended to people who like fruit beers like me and unique tastes.

Bottle. Pours cloudy golden blonde. Nose/taste of artificial honey, lemon and cheap candy. Taste is surprisingly pleasant. Medium body. Drinkable.

Geschmack süffig-fruchtig, weich. Süßer Honignachhall. Seltsam was die Huyghe Brauerei da zusammenschustert. Floris Honey läßt sich trinken. Aber ist das Bier? Eher weniger.Test vom 23.3.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche

Hazy pale gold beer. Semi soft and semi dry palate. Very strong honey flavour. Tastes genuine and not artificial. Underpinned by a little sweet citrus. Drinkable but very one dimensional. Less honey and more citrus would be good, the honey is a bit too much.

Old rate. Well...sometimes you cut against the grain of popular opinion. his beer completely took me by surprise. I expected to find it as unpalateable as many of the sweet and/or fruit Belgians that have generally not satisfied my tastebuds. Man it was good. The honey flavor literally leaps out of the bottle on opening. It is a pungent, flowery honey aroma...not at all artificial or processed. The color is very light yellow with almost no haze and only a thin whisp of a head. The flavor is sweet but not syrupy...a very lovely blend of the floral honey front with a nice, soft hop backing. This is a fantastic summer beer...one I could easily see my wife and many lager drinking friends enjoying. It’s almost like an appetizer beer. It could be a session beer but the taste is so alive and satisfying I can’t imagine drinking more than one...I wouldn’t want it to become ordinary.

Good thing I like honey, because the flavour is extreme in that department. Very little flavour of beer in it.

Bottle of 4.5% alcohol, "Floris Honey", from Huyghe. Probably a new version of this beer, so I don’t gonna make a new entry. Cloudy yellow, small white head. Unpleasant aroma, floral, honey, some spices, fruits. This is my smell for sure for a beer, maybe a smell for at the toilet. Taste is so sour-sweet, really unpleasant, not a beer, really bad. Honey? Yeah... Drinkeable as beer? Not at all...

Cloudy yellow. Floral aroma and lots of honey. And it tastes like..a lot like honey!, too sweet, heavy cloying sweetness. Long finish. Maybe for the ladies.
