Bottle. Pours a golden yellow with a smaller white head. Nose is a complete fruit bomb. Flavor is sweet with peaches and apricots predominate flavors. Great beer to sip on a hot summer day, as an after dinner beer, to pair with a dessert or to have on a Sunday afternoon like I did. It was great. Thanks to blankboy for the bottle.

Bottled. Light , semi orange looking beer with a cool looking appearance. The aroma is apricot and the flavour is peach/apricot and very refreshing. Overall a very nice, light and refreshing beer.

Heavenly! Sweet and refreshing in a really big smile life is wonderful sort of way. Lots of assorted fruit flavours zipping around giggling to themselves. Never cloying, never artifical, with just the right amount of tart acidness and interesting sourness to provide serious interest. This is glorious fun and yummy yummy yummy!

Golden with just a slight haze. Foamy white head, sweet fruit syrup nose. Very sweet with rich fruit flavors. I'm sure this is too sweet for some but I find it's rich, complex fruit flavors are lip-smackingly delicious. I'm with Silk Tork on this one!

UPDATED: JAN 29, 2003 The wit bier base is a beautiful complement to this wonderfully refresing summer beer. As with the passion fruit beer, this beer resonates with fruitiness and the wheat base does not interfere with this character. The aroma is hugely of berries. Slightly tart and hugely fruity with low ABV, this is a perfect hot weather drink that if you don't particularly like it, your wife will love it to death.

Mid gold, with a tight white head with nice belgian lacing. Raspberry, strawberry, peach aromas with citric notes. Big, dry fruity flavours with great complexity. Surely not everyones taste, but it was a nice way to finish a big night of tasting.

Normall, smallish head; clear, copper body. I don’t know what ninkeberry is, but this has a lovely, strong aroma of it. Sweet, fruity, very slightly tart. Taste is much like the aroma, with only a faint off tone in it. A little watery. No aftertaste to speak of. Lovely fruit beer.

Poured out a cloudy, slightly weak apricot colour with some white head, ok retention, nice ropy lacing. The aroma is unreal! Simply incredible. I don’t know what a Ninkeberry is but that hardly matters here. Seems warm, viscous and the fruit seems to be a cross between guava, lichi nuts, orange, and pineapple. The taste is odd and does not carry the aroma to the taste. A thick, dark, not quite tangy fruit flavor. I noticed the soft wheat. A very unique fruit flavor that is not oversweet. Smooth and slightly viscous with very fine effervesance. Finishes sweet with the dryness keeping it from being horribly sweet. I loved this beer but I cannot see myself drinking more than one in a row.
