Tap at Wurstkutche. Full haze, glowing straw. Weak foam. Nose is sweeter yellow apple, green jolly ranchers. Taste is way too sweet, mega cloying with sugar block, apple juice box. Some sweet bread and dough. Cloying to the max.

Pale yellow color. Smell of hops and sweet apples. Little carbonation. Taste is sweet. Missing the tart and dryness what’s present in a cider. Taste like a soft drink. Unfortunately therefore not a really refreshing beer.

Cloudy dark gold. Smells like apple. Treats like apple...very well balanced. Nutmeg. Crisp.

Cerveja leve, "bem feminina", frutada e doce, sem amargor, vale a pena conhecer, muito diferente do óbvio cervejeiro.

Smells like industrial apples. Heh. Hazy golden with a thin white head. The aroma and flavor are both like real tart green apples mixed with red ripe apples. There’s even a little cinnamon and money, I mean honey, mixed in. Its quite impressive for a fruit beer since it actually tastes like the fruit and not just added adjunct grains and sugar.

Bottle. Aromas of apple and spices. Pours golden yellow with a fizzy white head. Flavors are apple and some sugary notes. The finish is sticky sweet. This is almost like a cider. Good if cold, but one is more than enough.

smells sweet and too much like apple juice...taste is sweet...but not quite so much like apple juice..little plum taste in there perhaps? smooth, good carbonation....quite a good taste...but feels a bit thick like corn syrup in the mouth...couldn’t drink a bunch...you’d have a diabetic coma!!

Apr 2012 - very sweet - tastes like pop, doesn’t taste like beer at all so it’s hard to compare it to other beers. Not great.

Presentation: 11.2 oz. brown bottle served in a stemless, oversized wine glass. Appearance: Thin 1/2 finger head that fizzles out into a thin ring that stays ’till the end, and it leaves some great lacing. It’s a cloudy, bright yellow color. Smell: It has a simple, very sweet and pleasant smell. A mix of malt with red and green apples. Taste: The sweet and sour taste is great and something that’s not found in any other brew. The sour of the green apples dominate, but it’s balanced nicely by a red apple and malt sweetness in the background. Mouthfeel: Creamy and medium bodied with very little carbonation. It’s light and very easy to drink. Overall: Despite the sweetness on the nose and palate, everything feels nicely balanced, surprisingly. This beer is not cloying at all and doesn’t have that candy flavor that turns away a lot of people from these types of fruit beers. It’s great, very simple and refreshing. Proof that a good beer is not just about having a thousand flavors crammed into a bottle.

Bottle. Poured hazy yellow color with an average to large frothy white head that was mostly lasting with good lacing. Medium to heavy yeast, green apple aroma. Medium body with soft carbonation and sticky texture. Medium sweet green apple flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. Complex strange apple beer.
