Greenish pale and slightly hazy. Artificial Granny Smith aroma. Sugary, syrupy apple flavor. Sickly sweet with just a touch of fruity, lemony sourness.

Hazy yellow with a thin snow white head. Candied apple aroma with a sourish hint. Artificial apple flavor, just as expected. Bad beer, nice candybar.

Obviously the beer you have when youíre not having a beer. No points for guessing what the dominant aroma is here, but I also got a whiff of some lemony sherbert. Just had a look at the ingredients list on the bottle, and listed last is "aroma". Whatís the story there!! 30% apple juice apparently isnít enough to give aroma - minus a couple of marks for that!! The head was fizzy and quickly disappeared to leave a thin ring of fine foam, and some surprising lacing. Very very sweet, with a medium, cloying palate. I can discern the tiniest amount of wheat, but only fleetingly. A slight bit of fizz on the tip of the tongue opposes the flat appearance. The only thing remotely linking this to beer for me was the burp I got at the end!!

Nose of sourish apples, some sweetness. Hazy yellow beer, small white head. Sweet apple flavor, some acidity. Too cloying.

Bottled. Hazy yellow coloured with a white head. Aroma of overriped apples. Cloying sweet flavour of apples.

Deeper golden with a small white head. Smells of almost sickeningly sweet apples. Thatís the only aroma... and itís too much. Flavor isnít nearly as bad as Iíd imagined... itís very sweet, very appley, but itís smooth and not overbearing. Now, I canít say Iíd revisit this beer in the near future, but itís something Iíd suggest to someone who wants something sweet.

a mes rate: on tap. upon smelling this i was hoping for something quite tasty. i had fruli apple on tap from the same place and it was rather lovely. the nose is all apple juice with a chemical undertone but very pleasant. the moment i tasted it it was all over. apples yes but they are totally killed by syrup and chemicals. its pretty awful to be honest

Sparkling pale yellow with small white head. Smells exactly like apple juice. Light and refreshing. Highly carbonated. I was told it was a mix between beer and cider. Tasted very much like cider. Very sweet and quite tasty. A nice change of pace after I had a heavier dark beer. Felt like I could drink it with breakfast. Though I wouldnít want to drink many of them, or too often. Perhaps the novelty was the main appeal.

Plenty of apple flavor though it did not seem artificial. Tasted more like cider than beer. Tasty departure from regular beer
