Cloudy pale golden colour with small to average size creamy white head. Fruity hoppy aroma with some sweetness and Belgian yeast. Unpleasant boozy flavour with harsh hops. Tastes unfinished. All good qualities of Belgian Blond are missing. Real trashy Blond. Disappointment.

33cl botttle. Good head. Clear blond pour. OK beer, nothing special.

Pours a hazy light golden yellow. Aromas of straw/grass/hops. Flavors of light fruitiness, caramel malts, mellow hop finish.

Taste of alcohol pierces through a thin layer of mouldy malted flavours. Slight iron flavour in the back.

Pours a nice, orange golden with a medium, staying, frothy, white head. Aroma is sweet, oranges, red apples, malts, sugar, melons, esters. High carbonation, dryish and fine mouthfeel that is slightly watery. Flavour is mild metallic, some good fruity sweetness, apples, oranges and again this melon note. Mild earthy and flowery bitterness. Mild sugary. A fine beer.

75 cl. bottle@my beertasting – sample: clear amber/orange with a white head, dry with bitter honey, too much spice that obliterates much of everything else, Belgian hops bitterness (too much for its own good), yeast, flowers & alcohol, slightly metallic, bit thin, too carbonated, not a very good example of its style & not that good in general

Gut aussehendes Bier. Vom Geruch her, merkwürdig herb-fruchtig. Geschmacklich süß und kräuterlastig. Dabei prickelnd und sämtliche Nerven überflutend. Leider flaut die ganze Sache dann aber recht schnell ab und endet in einem flachen Ausklang. Etwas schade drum.Test vom 2.9.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche
