Well, I was thrieving thirsty when we opened this bottle and drank it straight from the fridge: So refreshing! Pours out in a light cloudy golden colour with low steady head and medium body. Nose of light malt and caramel. Taste of light Belgian yeast, flowers, hay, grass, toffee and green nuts. Refreshing and quaffable but in the end it was just average and tasting like any other Belgian Ale.

Bottle. Golden, average to large and mostly lasting head. Moderate, malty – some wheat and sugary sweetish aroma, some caramel, floral fruitiness with light spiciness (coriander). Body is medium, malty – some wheat and sugary sweetish flavor, some caramel and some fruitiness with faint spiciness, light alcohol. Finish is average, malty – some wheat and sweetish, some caramel and some fruitiness with light spiciness and lightalcohol. Sugary sweetish and ale – too sweet for me

Not a bad beer but really nothing special in it. Probably too much sugar in the taste.

Hazy golden with a small white head. The aroma has sppicy phenols and a touch of fruit. Sweet fruity flavour with phenolic, yeasty notes and some warm alcohol. Bland and boring but a blonde brewed to style

Bottle from Mam & Dad’s holiday, Belgium. This is a dark golden coloured beer that pours with a large foamy head. It has malty, caramel and spicy red fruity flavours with sweetness and earthy notes on the warming finish.

300ml bottle bought in Brussel. Banana and orange nutes in taste, good bitter palate. Vell balanced power. Snowy head, thick, stays very long on top. Golden colour. Good blond beer.

Test vom 6.3.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 12,11,11,11,12,11 - 11,15

A solid golden colour, with lovely CO2 development. Light bit frothy but fading white head. Noses of sweet yeast, barnyard aromas some alcohol and faint bubblegum. Develops a slick oily layer on the palate and tastes medium sweet. Medium body with hints of some spices to it. Fizzyness stays quite a while on the tongue. Pleasant medium long finish.
