Bottle: The aroma consists of yeast, orange peel, lemon, floral notes, and some light spiciness. It pours a transparent golden-orange with a small white head. The flavor starts citrusy along with some light yeastiness, and candy sugar. The finish has floral notes, orange peel, and faint spice. Medium bodied with soft carbonation and slightly creamy mouthfeel.

[Bottle] Pours a nectarous clear amber with a small off white head that dissipates to a ring of foam. Aroma has lots of bready yeast character, orange juice, a touch of vanilla, and tons of unidentified spices that remind me of any number of spicy herbal teas. Flavor is surprisingly sweet, and reminds me of fresh orange pulp, lots of spices further the idea of the tea-beer. The hibiscus flowers come through a little as well. Overall, a really unique beer, and if you’re at all into tea, a nice blurring of the lines.

Pours a bright yellow-orange with a white head. Nose is exaggerated belgian pale scents, lots of white pepper, orange peel, and coriander. Taste is similar, big wheaty / graininess, pretty dry, lots of honey, coriander, belgian sugar, and yeasty bread characteristics.

Cask Stillage from the Jug at the GABF, Colorado Convention Center 24/09/2009 Floral malt aroma. Golden coloured strong in alcohol and hoppy with a crisp and slightly bitter malt finish.

Orangish pour. Caramel malt, alcohol, citrus peel and floral hops in the nose. Flavor is sweet and well hopped. I get some orange peel, honey, yeast, caramel and hops. Not bad.

Bomber - light orange/coppery color and crystal clear, light head that dissipates rapidly. I get honey, light flowery, coriander and spices in the nose. Sweet, honey and no bitterness. Mild alcohol warmness and pretty smooth as if passes over the tongue. Not much for hops or bitterness. An OK beer (but my wife really enjoyed it).

Bomber, courtesy dchmela. Pours a mostly clear, light orange amber color with a small head of off-white foam. A dense, sugary wash leaves scant, wet spots behind on the glass. Aromatic notes of pithy orange peel, powerful wildflower, and coriander build upon a sugary sweet malt base of honey and wheat. Flavors, likewise, are far too sweet and laden with honey glazed cereal grain. Bitter coriander and orange peel prove to be strange bedfellows for the sweet grain, failing to fill the void from which the hops seem to be missing. The palate gets its fullness mostly from sugar, finishing sticky and warm with alcohol, though the carbonation is balanced. I just don’t think this brew is for me.

Bomber shared kindly by dchmela. Pours a golden with a slightly lacing white head. Nose is floral, some citrus and other spices, a touch of honey malt. Floral, honey, herbal sweet flavor with a touch of alcohol. Medium mouthfeel.
