Draft. Lemon and lactic malt aroma. Golden yellow with small head. Sweet light lemon and wheat malt flavor. Decent.

Draft @ brewery. Light sweet honey and malt aroma. Clear copper with a small off-white head, nice lacing. LIght fruity honey malt and dry hay flavor. Medium body, soft -- almost flat -- carbonation.

Nice golden ale, it is oatmeally with a nice bit of herbal hops. Light to dirnk but nice flavor.

On draft at Flossmoor, pours a rusty orange color, aromas of light pine, light caramel, some hay some honey and earth. Flavors follow suit ok beer overall.

Bottle. A little thin in tha body, but refreshing. Some nice notes of caramel malt, mild grapefruit, honey, spice and rye.

I get no hints of honey here. Tastes more like a standard extra pale ale with hoppy notes and average color.

Draught at Flossmoor Station - brewpub. Cloudy amber - white head. Caramel, sweetness, toasted, nice bitterness, honey, herbal honey, hay, fruity, light piney notes.

Apr 27, tap@Flossmoore Sration. Pours clear copper amber with a small off white head leaving nice lace. Aroma has a touch of honey, fruits, hay and pine. Lean hoppy mouthfeel. Flavor is acidy, fruity, perry, good bitterness, and some sweetness. Finishes longlived bitter with nice pungeant aftertaste.
