COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
With a blend of aromatic rye and a whisper of Orange Blossom honey, our Gandy Dancer is light and sparkling, yet full of flavor. The addition of three varieties of hops guarantees an inviting and complex taste, proving that lighter beers can have character.

On tap at the brewpub, pours a clear copper with a soapy white head, the aroma has notes of hops mixed in with a slight fruit and yeast as well, the flavor has a nice hop touch with a sweet finish of honey, perfect for a very warm day, not bad at all.

I get no hints of honey here. Tastes more like a standard extra pale ale with hoppy notes and average color.

Apr 27, tap@Flossmoore Sration. Pours clear copper amber with a small off white head leaving nice lace. Aroma has a touch of honey, fruits, hay and pine. Lean hoppy mouthfeel. Flavor is acidy, fruity, perry, good bitterness, and some sweetness. Finishes longlived bitter with nice pungeant aftertaste.
