It’s a Lemon Shandy, in which we blended down some lemon juice concentrate with the .357 Pils, then mixed that into our Wit.

Couple samplers on tap at the brewpub (Flossmoor, IL). Pours a murky dulled golden hue, a light glow on the edges, well haze, with a good sized brighter white head that dies to a thicker film, ok lacing. Aromas are coriander and a good lemon juice kick, some grainy malts, flaked wheat, and oranges. The lemon juice asserts itself on the nose, coriander still sticks around though with a touch of spice. Initial is lighter bodied, preaching a decent wheaty base, coriander, touches of white pepper, oranges move into a decent sour and tart lemon juice kick, has a bit more body than I gave it credit for originally. This tastes a lot like the witbier with a good blast of lemon juice, which sticks on the palate. Lemon juice and coriander, touch of dryness in the finish. Ok, I guess. I liked the actual Wit-base better
