Draft. Clear copper color with a tight head. Nice piney hop aroma with some malty sweetness. Medium body and smooth. Rich caramel malt taste at first gives way to floral and piney hops. This beer is what i like about Ambers, a rich, lightly sweet flavor that compliments the pine and floral hoppiness. Good stuff.

Pours light reddish color with clarity. Smell is nice and fresh hoppiness. Quite hoppy and fruity nose. Taste is fruity and hoppy as well with a light malt backing but the hops shine in this amber. Medium to light bodied with medium carbonation. Pretty good amber for sure.

Had this with dinner at the DLD pre-event. Good amber looking beer with a thin layer of bubbles and good lacing. The hops smell citrusy and fresh, and last the entire glass. The malts start with a light toastiness and blend nicely into the juicy but restrained hop levels that follow. It is relatively average on the palate, smooth feeling with some average carbonation. This went very well with the Macho Nachos.

Sampled from the full sampler at Flossmoor Station. Poured a red amber hue with a decent head with nice lacing. Aromas of toasted malts and some hoppiness. Tastes were of hops and roasted darker malts. A bit bitter to me, but a decent brew.

Pour is amber with a tight bubbled dense sticky tan head...smell is grapefruity citric....sweet toasty malt flavor with a subtle grapefruit bitterness...

pours dark amber with a thick off-white head. mildly hoppy with a hint of fruit. excellent hoppiness in the flavor. i thought it finished kinda oily with hoppy bitteness lingering longer than the fruitiness. one of my favorite house brews.

Draft sample at brewpub. Poureed hazy dark amber color with an average fizzy off-white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate toasted citrus hop aroma. Medium body. Flavor was moderate bitter flavor with an average bittersweet finish of moderate duration. Good solid brew.

On tap at the pub. Dark orange pour is fairly transparent. Flower petals, pine cone, and dry orange peel in a somewhat generically hopp aroma; hints of sweet almond and oil walnut beneath. Earthy flavor of dusty and mineral malts, quickly surrendering to a bold blast of citrus hop in the mid palate. Medium bodied in the mouth, seeming loosely constructed. Bubblegum and banana sweetness lead to a drying smack of berry skins at the the finish. Lingering bitterness leaves a pleasant impression. Reasonably nice, overall, and likely to be perfect for the drinker that prefers a touch of hops to a drink more easily pounded than pondered.

On tap at Flossmoor Station and served in a shaker. This beer poured a dark amber with a good sized head of beige foam that slightly lasted, leaving behind some solid lacing. The aroma of the beer consisted of caramel, pine, and grapefruit. The flavor was made up of notes of lightly roasted caramel malt, mild earthy yeast, and grapefruit rind. Very nicely balanced and flavorful. The mouthfeel was medium-bodied with a good dose of carbonation. A very well crafted brew that is one of my favorite regulars on tap at the Station.
