This is a nice red brown color w/ an off white head and some nice sheets of lacing. Itís doesnít look like anything special but is a good beer regardless. Mild roast character is nicely complimented by an assertive piny bitterness. Medium bodied w/ creamy carbonation, this is a well done amber. This style is often either just blandly malty or just an APA w/ some extra color. This plays the darker grain character off the hops and does so well.

Pretty good beer and better than most that I tried when I visited RBC. Run of the mill for its style , worth drinking but not worth looking for.

(draught at resaurant) Deep amber/red. Small cream head. Not a lot of aroma - some malt. Flavor is sweetish comples malt with a solid hops kick in the finish. Quite hoppy for an amber ale.
