2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Citrusy smell. It tastes hoppy with citrus up front. A slight woodsy taste. After taste is almost like apricot. It is an ok IPA.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours a ruddy reddish orange with one finger of creamy sandstone head. Nose reminds me of a homebrewed IPA that could have been great. Shows some diacetyl and caramel malt for sure, sweet and bready with some citrusy hops. Flavor is similar, kind of unclean and a tad oxidized. Bitterness is a bit too aggressive and astringent for me. Didnít like this as much as I wanted.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draft, pours slightly hazy golden with white head. Nose has wonderful bouquet of peach fuzz and mangos. Flavors are a bit muddy as the fruity hop flavors of peaches are met with an off putting earthy/dirt character. Dry finish. something about the hopping isnt working like it should in the flavor and finish. Itís not a bad house ipa, I just hope we see more one off ipas like they used to do.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle shared by Dan, thanks! Poured a clear golden copper with a white heads that dissipated slowly to the edges and laced nicely. Aroma had a slightly dank pine note with a sweet grain backing. Flavor was similar with strong pine and a hint of grain in the finish, but quite one note overall.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Draft sampler at FSRB. Second on my sampler paddle, the foam had already subsided, but left a thick coating on the sides of the glass. Beer itself is a dark copper color. Nose showed of the strength of the Amarillo hops. That pungent character came through in the taste, which also brought out pine and resin from the other big American hops. Malts finally show up at the end by offering some stickiness on the palate, which helps settle the hoppy aftertaste. Though this the new default bottled IPA, Iím glad I had it fresh here, cause I tend to store my bombers until I can "get to them," and Iíd hate to have missed this hop bomb.

4.2 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
22 oz. bottle purchased at the brewpub. Dark orange pour with a foamy off-white head. The aroma is clean pine and fresh cut grass. Tons of grapefruit, pine, tangerine, and nectarines in the flavor. Really not very well balanced but perfect for the hop lover. A fantastic IPA.
