A light beer that combines the tartness of wheat malt and raspberry. Light on the palate and pleasantly aromatic.

This beer seems to use as its base the same blond ale that's used for Flossmoor's Cherry beer, and the aroma and flavor of raspberry is a bit too faint for my liking. I also didn't think this was all that wheaty or yeasty. It wasn't too cloudy either, so I don't see it being in my top 1/2 of fruit wheats.

Golden hue with a thick white head. Very nice raspberry aroma gives hints of tartness. Body is somewhat bland with only a touch of raspberry flavor near the finish. A decent fruit beer.

Draft. I was told by the server this was a raspberry wheat. Certainly some wheatiness to it. I found a nice balance of fruitiness and hoppiness. A pale slightly hazy body under a thin, fizzy head. Not one of Todd's usual a**-kickers, but a good summer quencher that may improve with each batch.

Oi, sweet syrupy fruit. Pale colour. Bit of a throwaway beer, with too much fruit extract and not enough beer.

UPDATED: JAN 11, 2004 On tap at the brewpub: Cloudy orange color, berry aroma. Fizzy, thin and ends with an artificial raspberry taste.

Slightly hazy amber with minimal off-white head. Aroma is sweet raspberry. Taste is minmal sweet, raspberry and tonic water. Watery body, and not enough raspberry to cover it.

RBSG2003 Hazy, amber ale. Off-white fizzy head. The nose is of tart raspberries. Very tangy. Light raspberry flavor up front. Not overwhelmingly fruity. Very refreshing and lightly bitter on the backside. Light-bodied with a watery mouthfeel and fizzy carbonation. Short, crisp, dry finish. Excellent Summer brew!

Sweet berry that is not annoying as some could be. Clear yellow gold, small head .Light with noticeable extract, additionally some oat, grain. Average finish.

Has a flowery/perfumy aroma with light raspberries. Thin head on a light yellow/orange body. Has a slight soapiness to it with a raspberry finish. Worth a try.
