Luminescent orange color with a thin, green tinged head and a huge fresh hop nose. Lots of citrus/grapefruit pineapple flavors. Velvet smooth on the tounge with a lingering bitterness. Great, raw hop beer. Drinking it on the patio only helps the drinking experience.

Sampled at Great Taste of the Midwest. Was labeled "Todd & Bill's Excellent IPA". Aroma a little faint, somewhat hoppy. Head not specatular. Large bubble. Very, very hoppy, nice. Cloying and hard to drink.

Tried this one at the Oregon Brewers Fest. Cloudy and orange in color. Starts with a hint of orange flavor then builds to a hoppy burst. Quite a sharp and long lasting bitter finish. It didn't knock my socks off. Maybe the beer just doesn't travel well?

A star at the Oregon Brewer's Fest, outshining many of the West Coast IPAs. Strong bitter flavor, but a very nice taste.

Orange gold color. Small head. Aroma is malty with very floral hops, A medium bodied IPA. Malts are nutty and sweet. Hops are grapefruity and slightly bitter. Well balanced. Fairly bitter but balanced by the malt sweetness. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is bitter.

Tap: Burnt orange colour, piney, grapefruit rind aroma. . . Lots of hops, light bit of flowers. Very solid palate with a strong bitter finish, lots of orange flavours, with just a hint of malt. Though not quite balanced enough, a great IPA, Thanks Todd.

Bright amber. A hoppy aroma, with slightly toasty malts (a common thing with Flossmoor). Long taste of bitter, woody notes, minerals, and a hint of grapefruit.
