Draft, at the pub. It's their "base beer," the one they have to have on tap for the neophytes and ladies. Very light in color and taste. Almost like a pilsener, believe it or not, but redeemed by a good spicy hop taste as the glass warms up.

Intense grain and cereal malts, lager yeast. Clear gold, small, creamy, white head. Light sweet. More caramel and bread malts, soft carbonation, light bitter finish. Not ab bad Lager at all. Well balanced. Keg at brewery, Flossmore, IL.

[Tap] Golden pour with a small amount of foam on top. Nose is of cereal grains and light hay. Pale malts, grass and mild floral hop taste. Light, but not watery. Better than expected.

This beer was really, really light. A pale pour with a white head. Aroma of grass and wheat. Not much in the flavor and it was not a stand out to me.

Sampled at the brewpub. It poured a clear golden/yellow color with a white head. The aroma was floral, citrus and some cereal grains. The taste was of lemon, sweet grainy maltiness, crisp and refreshing with just a touch of bitterness. Decent.

Just incredibly average. They might have tried to make this unique but not enough.

On draft at Flossmoor, poured a light yellow color, aroma of hay, light earth, light lemon, and some grain. Flavor follows suit, ok beer overall.

On tap at brewpub, pours a clear light yellow with a thin bubbly white head, the aroma has a touch of lemon and grain, the flavor is very simple with a slight lemon touch in the finish. Very light mouthfeel but pretty boring overall.

There is so little to this beer that it’s hard to rate. Little taste or flavor, it is almost like a Coors Light.
