Bottle with a stupid pull-tab. Metallic hop aroma. Pale, light hazy yellow, white cream. Fairly lightbodied and watery, falls flat on the palate. Light citrus, then a metallic hole - the end.

It’s golden with a white head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt, straw and just a little cardboard. The flavor has a light sweetness and notes of malt, straw, light flower and bread, and the finish is dry.

Mittelhopfiger Antrunk, dieser kann sich stark entfalten, bevor sich eine herbe Note ankündigt, aber nur als Unterton erkennbar ist. Im Mittelteil lässt der Hopfen nach, sorgt aber weiter für einen vollmundigen Geschmack, auch bedingt durch die leichte Süße, die das Bier zusätzlich süffig gestaltet. Zum Ende hin lässt der Hopfen aber dann doch nach, das Bier wird etwas würziger, um den Ausfall auszugleichen. Trotz des wirklich beknackten Namens ein leckeres Pils, das den Hopfen besonders gut zur Geltung kommen lässt. Test vom 23.12.2007, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 9,12,12,11,4,12 - 11,15

Bottled. A golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of malt, straw, and hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw, leading to a lightly bitter finish.

(bottle, 33cl) Slightly unclear, pale golden colour with a mid-sized foamy white head.Grassy hoppy nose with slightly perfumed malty and grainy notes. Slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a crispy mouthfeel. Pale malt-character, slightly strawy and grainy taste with grassy hoppy accents; rather dry and moderately bitter finish with grassy hops. Not bad, just a bit boring. 28.X.09

Bottle (copyright by joss!): Golden with a greenish shee, mid-sized lacy white head, dryish grainy-hoppy nose; light bodied, dry light bitter flavour; suppressed hoppy aromas in the sweetish-grainy finish. Not too great..........

Bottled 330ml. -from beerangel.de shared with Doggythedog. Darker golden coloured, medium sized white head, caramelish grainy nose. The taste is almost the same, dry grainy and slight caramelish with discreet hoppy notes. Short dry finish. Not so cool pils.

Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, moderate hoppy, green grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20090818]

Bottle (Flötzinger’s Cool Pils) from beerangel.de, shared with ogivlado. Poured a very pale golden body, small thick white head that took its time to go away. Dry grainy nose, dry grainy taste, very light and somewhat sweetish. Too ordinary.
