COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

from beerangel-de - pale golden colour with a little persistent but chaotic white foam; aroma of butter and wet paperboard; sweet and medium-bodied, no bitterness to mention; some late tartness; quite long sweetish and paper-like finish - deeply modest

(bottle) pours a clear yellow colour with a frothy white head. sugary aroma of floral hops, sweet spices and dark fruits, with a hint of vanilla and powdered sugar. flavour is mostly the same, way too sweet, with a hint of cooked vegetables in the finish. medium-bodied with average carbonation.

Koelschtrinker (7060) - Köln (Cologne), North Rhine-Westphalia, GERMANY - JUN 16, 2011
Test vom 10.2.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 11,9,10,8,6,9 - 9,05

yngwie (9201) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - APR 21, 2011
Bottle, from trade with fonefan. A clear, golden beer with a small, dense, white head leaving some lacings. The aroma has a pleasant grassy, slightly piney hoppyness, as well as a pleasant maltyness. Pleasant bitterness towards the end, with some malty sweetness and a fruityness at first. Medium body, quite dry. A pleasant and tasteful beer that would go down easily on a hot summer day or when slightly thirsty. 110421

Bierkrug (1666) - Idar-Oberstein (In East Africa), Rhineland-Palatinate, GERMANY - AUG 23, 2010
On tap in Germany. Clear golden pour with a soft white head that runs off quickly. Malty, grassy hey aroma. Taste is the same. Rather mellow for a Pils but not surprising considering from where it hails. Nice finish.

Bottle (copyright by joss!): Pale greenish-golden, a bit unclear, mid-sized bleached head; grainy - almost a bit cardboardy - nose with a solid herbal-hoppy backbone; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, quite soft; slightly lingering hoppy and grainy to pale-malty finish. Not too bad.......

MoritzF (7386) - Bochum, GERMANY - DEC 28, 2009
(bottle, 33cl) Slightly unclear, greenish golden colour with a medium-sized foamy white head. Quite sweet malty and moderately grainy aroma with notes of herbal and light peppery hops. Sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a rather soft carbonation. Slightly strawy and grainy pale malty taste with herbal and spicy accents; medium-dry sweet malty and shy hop bitter finish. A bit sweet but nevertheless likeable Pilsener. 28.XII.09
