0,5 l bottle at Timo A’s. Golden color. Honeyish and bready aroma. Sweet honeyish taste with pale bread. Medium to full body. Quite simple but still tasty märtzen.

From bottle. pours a clear golden colour with a frothy white head that quickly disappears. Rather weak but pleasent malty aroma with a touch of caramel and nuts and a decent herbal hoppy note in the background. Average carbonation, light to medium body, kind of slightly creamy texture. The Flötzinger Märzen reveals a nice amount of sweet malty flavours, mainly of nuts, cereals and a hint of caramel. Kind of dry afteraste with long lasting flavours of nuts and cereal. Well, that is a solid and easy to drink märzen!

Bottle: Golden to deep golden, stable white foamy layer, mineralic-grainy nose, some sweet pale malt underneath; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied - and quite soft; short sweetish-grainy finish with the faintest tinge of strawy hops in the very end. Neither unpleasant nor really convincing…

Had a taste at a maibock session in Ramstein. Decent Marzen, but hard to compare to the lineup of heller bocks.

Bottle shared with McTapps. Mild hops, mild malt and an overall easy going Märzen with no real taste. Average.

Deep golden colour with low head and medium body. Nose of malt. Taste of mild hops, ripe grains, light malt and warm hay. It is a very average Märzen which is just that touch too much sweet maltish for me.

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a medium-sized and slightly off-white foamy head. Sweet cara-malty aroma with notes of biscuits and traces of hops in the background. Moderately sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with an almost crisp carbonation. Cara-malt with biscuits and subtle fruity notes, accompanied by a delicate and herbal hop-profile; sweet and delicately bitter hoppy finish. A nice session beer. 01.II.13
