COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A modern style light IPA,with a real mouthful of fruity North American hops, a lingering bitter finish, and a superb gold/amber colour. Designed and first brewed by brewster Catherine Bate in June 2011. Extremely popular and likely to become a semi-regular beer.

Cask at Ascot Festival 2011. Pours a clear amber colour with a thin white head. Plenty of fruit and hops in the aroma, the taste is fruity and hoppy with a dry bitter finish.

Cask (Bitter Virtue, Southampton) - Golden with a white head. Lemon, elderflower and grapefruit in the aroma. Hoppy taste with notes of lemon and elderflower standing out. Refreshing.
