A traditional bitter with a fragrant fruity aroma and a superb copper colour.
Currently discontinued. Originally Brewed throughout 2007. Also appeared as 'Hop Dog' with Amarillo & Cascade hops.
Cask conditioned @ South Western Arms, Soton. Pale Copper. Some biscuity malts and doughy yeast. Fruity citic hops. Traditional style bitter with slight twist from the modern feeling hops. Yeast slightly too dominant for my taste - possibly the conditioning -one to try again.
