Aug 1, 2006 Very clear look with a little sour smell. Flavor is decent but the palate leaves a terrible taste. Just a decent mead.

May 22, 2006 Pours amber and clear. Nearly still with only a slight tingle on the tongue. Taste is very dry suggesting the usage of champagne yeast. Not much in the way of honey flavor. Drinkable, but average.
