COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A hop lover’s delight! Our IPA is loaded with Ahtanum, Tomahawk, Palisade, East Kent Goldings, and finished with the ever popular Cascades, balanced with generous amounts of floor malted Crisp Maris Otter barley.

Draft at the brewpub. Pours cloudy dark brown with minimal head. Bready nose. Sharp carb bite on the attack; medium body. Toasty mid-palate with lots of resiny bitter bite that lasts through the finish.

Hazy amber. Woody, grapefruity goodness in the aroma with a hint of toast. Highly bitter. Woody, maybe a bit toasty. Long hoppy finish.

Draft @ Strange Brewfest 07: Muddy orange color, nice head and lacing. The nose is citrusy like grapefruit and asorbic acidy hops. Light malt in the flavor, could use a bit of bitterness. Sweet and dry hopped, decent body. Yum.
