Black with a creamy tan head. Roast some smoke oak and light rum aroma. Flavor is dry with lots of rum. Earthy bitterness light roast. Woody. Smoke. Aroma becomes sweeter as it warms with notes of dark fruit. Earthy hops too. Flavor has lots of wood dry vanilla. Creamy dark fruit. I like rum aged beer.

draft @ uber - deep, dark brown with very slight tan head; bold aromas of rum, oak, vanilla, dank fruit and roasted malts; oily thin texture and lots of residue on the glass; drinks perfectly smooth with flavors of sweet roast, and creamy vanilla; rum is always obvious and maybe a little too much at times, but otherwise very nice

black with a frothy brown head, nice lacing. Big dark raison, sweet oak and rum aroma. Full body. Huge juicy sweet raison, rum, wood flavors meshing nicely with a rich roasty malts. Another great BA brew from Flyers. Draft@ Uber as Rum/Oak aged Sick Duck 2007.

On tap at PIB 2008--poured a dark black-brown thick body with a minuscule beige head. Malty, boozy, roasty flavor. Dark fruits and sharp hops with subtle toffee, licorice and vanilla notes. Very nice!

PIB 2008. Pours very dark brown with a small tan head. The malts are bold and the oak/rum barrel just made it even more bold. Roasty flavor, big dark chocolate note with some plum, licorice, and cake. Tastes pretty strong, but not 11%, so this one will catch up with you.
