Woody. Smoke. Aroma becomes sweeter as it warms with notes of dark fruit. Earthy hops too. Flavor has lots of wood dry vanilla. Creamy dark fruit. I like rum aged beer. Dark brown colored brew. Aroma of oak, wood, sweet roasted malts and some sweet rum. Flavor is sweet malts and rum, oak, roasted. Nice brew. Pours very dark brown with a small tan head. The malts are bold and the oak/rum barrel just made it even more bold. Roasty flavor, big dark chocolate note with some plum, licorice, and cake.
