COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Buffalo IPA is a combination of two big, classic IPA styles; English and American. We use English pale malts as a base, for a firm backbone and solid platform to accept plenty of hops. Then we layer three different hop varieties. First, we add plenty of bitterness to balance the malt, then lots of fresh, hoppy flavor, and finally we dry hop with Galaxy hops from Australia for a bright, tropical fruit bouquet.

Bottle, BOTM club. Pours transparent amber with a white ring. Flowers and some citrus aroma. Unpleasant bitterness, then flowers - taste is not fun. Medium body, smooth texture, short finish.

Bottle. Pours orange with a fluffy white head. Floral and grassy hops, with lighter spicy hoppy notes, and a pale malty base. Not bad.

Pours a dark honey color. Nose is sweet fresh citrus. Taste is sweet and citrusy and surprisingly good. Carbonation is soft , texture is moderate, mild bitterness. Finish on a bitter sweet note. Solid IPA from small microbrewer. Quaff Score 7/ 10

Pours a golden orange with an off white head and aroma of hops and fruit. Taste is sweet, of hops, fruit, caramel, and malt with a bitter finish. Decent IPA but lacking in flavor

355ml bottle from wegmans in niagara falls. light orange minimal white head. light hoppy nose over a upfront pale malt body. the flavour is lean, dry astringent finish. to rough around the edges, pretty dissapointing.

Bottle. Beer of the month club. Slightly hazy amber color with a big frothy white head. Nice fruity hops aroma with some piney notes and some biscuity malt. Flavor starts sweetish with chewy biscuity and slightly caramelly malt and continues with bright citric hops onto a pleasant bitter finish. Medium-bodied. A good refreshing IPA.

Bottle via UDbeernut. A weak nose of malt and hop arise from the bottle. Lookin good with a bright amber with steady carbonation in the glass. Body is laden with conspicuous variety of hop. Body continues to be on the thinner side and has an issue of being a bit loose and watery. Finish was inconsequential as I had lost interest with the watery part. Meh. I see what you are dealing with out there my friend.

Bottle courtesy of Andrew. Pours a light golden body with white lacing. Aroma is soap, bland malt, spice and stale hop. Mouthfeel is thin and bitter with notes of stale hop, lots of spicy caramel malts and artificial cleaner. No thanks.

Poured an orange copper color with a finger or so of white foam that dissipates fairly quickly. On the nose there is a nice floral citrusy bouquet balanced by a touch of caramel sweet malts. On the palate it was more of the same with a slightly tropical passionfruit note coming to the front... and some malty caramel sweetness on the backend. Nice beer with my only criticism being the mouthfeel... a bit light and watery but overall a good beer.
