Tasty lager. Not much in the nose but a nice malty flavor and not too sweet for the bitterness in the finish.

1st sample at the brewery yesterday. it is pale golden with large head.(their taps were causing all pours to be foamy) Aroma is pale malt, slight hopcitrus and honey. The flavor is pale malty, slighty crisp, with finishing hops and some citrus. Average

Bottle. Rich gold appearance. Typical hops/malt lager aroma profile, but with a surprising berryfruit accent. Both refreshing and rich flavoured, with a pleasant gritty mouthfeel and evident quality ingredients. Well-balanced hops and malt flavour with a spoonful of strawberry on top. A quality lager.

Huh...I could’ve sworn that I drank and rated this just a few weeks ago. I had it on tap at Colter Bay in Buffalo, NY. Regardless, this was a bottle. Poured a clear gold, light bubbling...nice little islands on the head. Smells of toffee, banana bread. Taste is similar, really thin mouthfeel, easy to drink.

2010-12-28. Lightly hazy golden yellow body with a foamy white head. Aroma of sweet lightly grainy pale malt. Flavour is similar, simple sweet lightly grainy pale malt character, very light bitterness. Average plus palate. Decent but a bit dull. This is about what you’d expect for a mainstream offering from a small brewer. Okay.
All I know is that once I finished the beer Team Canada started winning against the Czech Republic. Final Result 7-2! On tap at HSBC Arena, Buffalo

Flavor is caramel, lightly toasted malt, se floral and peppery hops, a bit of tha flying bison malt character. A bit hopper in the finish but on the cloying side. Low carbonation.

Draught at the New York Wine and Culinary Center. Pale gold with some interesting lacing. Hugely fruity, ale-like nose, with lots of muscat. Grainy, sweet, fruity flavor. Bready, wiht cracker-like malt. Huge bitterness at the finish. Interesting and original, though a bit weird for a lager.

Purchased sixer at some beer store in Tonawanda where only cash was accepted. Needless to say, had to run to ATM to get cash. Dark gold with white head. I think it is solid. Stick lager. Not much of a lager fan but have had two I have enjoyed in last week now.
